Hello there, It’s lovely that you’ve landed here, let me first extend a warm hand of welcome and introduce myself…..My name is Alison and my love affair with nature, words and the resilience of human nature is where my company Invitation To Rise took root and began to blossom.

Surrounded by majestic mountains, rugged rocky outcrops, woodland and wildness and giant crashing waves on the shoreline. This ever-changing landscape here on the Southwest coast of Ireland I get to call home. It continues to hold and inspire me on my own journey. Mother Nature has been my greatest teacher through the highs and lows, joy and grief, certainty and uncertainties. In other words the same journey we all navigate in one form or another, our life journey.

The changing of the seasons, the ebb and flow of the tides, sunrise and sunsets have all been and continue to be reminders of the seasons of our own lives. Mirroring the ebb and flow throughout our daily lives of energy, endings and new beginnings. We are constantly changing and growing.
